We depart Departure at
at 7am and we will drive in direction to Cusco. On the way we will just make a few short stops to see the highest point of Volcanoes, stop at Pampa Canahuas for a coffee or coca tea, then we continue straight to Langui Lagoon for a box lunch and we will continue to Cusco approx. arrival 17:00pm
The taxi service includes only the transfer. Box Lunch and coffee is not included and it can be organize with our hostel Pachamama in Cabanaconde.
The trip Departure at to Cusco is 520km and it takes a journey of 11 hrs with the short stops. it is important to depart early from Cabanacond ein order to reach Cusco in the afternoon.

Since the pandemic a few companies stopped offering the service from Colca Canyon to Cusco, but there are other way to reach to Cusco. One option is taking a bus from Arequipa to Cusco, there are many buses companies at night. Another way is taking a flight from Arequipa to Cusco with Latam.

My family and I wanted to explore the journey from Cabanaconde
to Cusco, last year. I was driving with my ford explorer and depart from Cabanaconde
a 5am, I wanted to be earlier and I heard that there is the last part from Sicuani to Cusco gets very crowded traffic.
We took the main route from Cabanaconde
to Chivay and refill some gas to continue to Patapampa, when we reach the highest point 4, 900 m and we made a short stop to see the volcanoes, then we continue to Pampa Canahuas and got a coffee to be alert on the trip. From Pampa Canahuas you take the left route in direction to Puno and in Imata we tood left to route of Condoroma. This part of the route till Sicuani was a quite journey and good paved route. by 1pm we were at Langui Lagoon where we stoped for a short break and enjoy the view of this lagoon inmerse in the Andes, we have also seen some alpaca farms. The we continue to Sicuani and this paved route is not in it is best conditions and there were many cars, but we manage to arrive to Cusco at 3pm. The trip from Cabanaconde
